Damaged Items: If you receive a skincare product that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately upon receipt. We kindly request that you provide clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging within  2-3 days of receiving your order. This allows us to assess the extent of the damage and expedite the resolution process.

Return Process: Once we have received your request and verified the damage, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the damaged item(s). Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent further damage during return shipping.

Return Shipment Expenses: Please note that return shipment expenses for damaged skincare products will be at the buyer's expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the damaged item(s). LuxeVeda Beauty is not responsible for any lost or damaged returned items during transit.

Store Credit: Upon receipt of the returned damaged item(s), we will email you a store credit equivalent to the full purchase price (including shipping costs, if applicable). You can use this store credit towards your next purchase on our website. Please ensure to check your email inbox, including the spam or junk folder, for the store credit notification.
